60% SW Merino / 20% Silk / 20% Yak.

Merino, Silk & Yak is a beautiful luxurious yarn to work with.  Not only does it have a lovely sheen due to the silk content but it also have the most amazing drape which makes it perfect for shawls or other garments that require a lovely drape.   If you have that special project to knit or crochet then this might be the perfect yarn for you.

The base for our Lucifer is a light grey colour which give the colours a greater depth of shade.  You get an almost heathered look with the colour of the Yak popping through or deepening.
Eecommended needle size 2.75-4.0 mm (US 2-6)

Bacause it is such a luxurious yarn, I recommend handwashing your projects.

Hand-dyed using acid dye, hand dyed yarns are unique but they can differ, even if they had the same dye bath.  
Hand wash using a wool detergent ideally below 30⁰C, avoid wringing and twisting. Dry flat, do not sun dry, spin or tumble dry. Because  the yarn is hand-dyed there is a possibility that it will bleed, advise it to wash separately.
